These terms govern vendors who join the Milestone Pro curated network, including bookings, commissions, performance standards, and platform use.
Vendor: You, the provider of bookable services, products, or experiences.
Booking: Any reservation, purchase, or transaction completed through the Platform.
Commission: The percentage or fee the Platform earns on Bookings.
Performance Metrics: Key indicators outlined in these Terms.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate listings and availability.
• Honor all Bookings made through the Platform.
• Respond promptly to inquiries.
• Not encourage direct bookings that bypass commissions.
• Comply with all applicable laws.
Commissions are earned on referrals and Bookings. Details are set out in your Vendor Agreement. Circumvention of commissions is prohibited.
You must meet these minimum standards:
• Response Time: 90% of inquiries within 24–48 hours.
• Minimum Volume: Maintain an active booking cadence consistent with your category and market (for example, 4–8 Bookings per quarter where applicable).
• Customer Satisfaction: Average rating of 4.0+ stars.
Failure to meet metrics may result in reduced visibility, suspension, or termination.
Termination is possible for breach of these Terms, with notice where required by law or your Vendor Agreement.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Milestone Pro’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
These Terms may be updated with notice. Continued use of the Platform after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
