Terms of Service

Milestone Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a curated event vendor marketplace and related planning services. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, paying a deposit, or engaging with vendors through the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you may not use Milestone Pro. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Milestone Pro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to update your profile as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

Milestone Pro offers curated vendor research and matching based on your event details, location, and preferences. A one-time planning deposit or credit purchase may be required to activate personalized matching and access curated vendor shortlists.

Deposit amounts, refund eligibility, and included services are disclosed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, deposits activate research and matching workflows — they do not guarantee a specific vendor outcome or event date availability.

We provide recommendations based on research, quality review, and fit for your stated event goals. Milestone Pro is not an open public directory; vendor profiles and shortlists are shared intentionally after your deposit and matching process begins.

Recommendations are informational and do not constitute endorsements of every service a vendor provides. You are responsible for evaluating vendors, reviewing contracts, and confirming scope, pricing, and availability before booking.

When you connect with a vendor through Milestone Pro, you may enter a direct contractual relationship with that vendor for event services. Milestone Pro facilitates introductions, messaging, and payment tools but is not a party to your vendor agreements unless explicitly stated.

Disputes regarding event delivery, cancellations, or service quality should first be addressed with the vendor. We may offer support resources but do not guarantee vendor performance.

Payments processed through Milestone Pro, including deposits, credit purchases, and milestone booking payments, are handled by our payment partners. You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for approved transactions.

Where milestone or escrow-style payments are available, funds may be released according to agreed milestones and your approval. Chargebacks, failed payments, or fraudulent activity may result in suspended access to platform features.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by harassing users, submitting false event information, circumventing fees, scraping vendor data, or attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

We may remove content, limit features, or terminate access if we believe your conduct harms other users, vendors, or the integrity of our matching process.

Milestone Pro and its branding, software, content, and curated materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform except as permitted by these terms or with our written consent.

You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us a license to use it to operate, improve, and deliver our services, including sharing relevant details with matched vendors.

Milestone Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or vendor relationships. Our total liability for claims related to the services is limited to the amount you paid Milestone Pro in the twelve months before the claim, except where prohibited by law.

You may stop using Milestone Pro at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or as required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.

Your continued use of Milestone Pro after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
