Just like working with a wedding planner we require a small investment to access many years of knowledge and research in the event industry. Your investment unlocks your personalized curated vendor shortlist and starts the planning process. It helps us match you with serious, qualified professionals — we don't offer open browsing of vendor directories like other event websites do.
What do I get after I pay?
You'll receive a personalized list of verified vendors for your event type and location, plus access to view profiles, compare options, and reach out through Milestone Pro.
Are package credits refundable?
Deposit refund terms are shown at checkout.

How long does the matching process take?
Most clients receive initial curated options quickly after submitting complete event details. Timing can vary based on event type, location, and category breadth.
Can I request multiple vendor categories?
Yes. You can request recommendations across categories like venue, catering, photography, decor, entertainment, and planners in a single workflow.
I already paid my deposit — where are my vendors?
Your curated shortlist is on the Recommended Vendors page after checkout. If you need help accessing profiles, contact us with the email used at checkout.
Can I speak with someone before paying?
Yes. Contact our team with your event type and location — we're happy to explain the process before you pay your deposit.
Are all vendors verified?
Yes. Every vendor in your shortlist passes identity verification, portfolio review, and must maintain quality standards to remain in our curated network.
How are vendors selected?

Can I browse every vendor on the site?
No. Milestone Pro is not an open marketplace. Profiles and shortlists are unlocked through your deposit so recommendations stay private and intentional.
How do milestone payments work?
After you choose a vendor, booking payments can be split into milestones tied to event progress. Funds are released only after you approve each completed stage.
